Returns & Exchanges

At ALCOVA / Design Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your curated home selections. If a piece doesn't perfectly suit your space, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your ALCOVA account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the item in its original designer packaging and protective materials to ensure it arrives back at our studio in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the exterior of your parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned design piece, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
